Easter Hay was founded in 2021 by Kim Mikkelsen with a single focus: helping companies and partners find the right Microsoft Dynamics specialists. Not IT in general — only Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Kim spent seven years in Microsoft Denmark's Dynamics team, advising customers and partners on the platform — preceded by years in the partner channel with CGI and KMD. For you, that means two things: we understand what each role requires before the search starts, and our network has been built over years inside the ecosystem — not bought for the occasion.

That's how we meet the world. We have no ambition to be the biggest, or to recruit every IT skill under the sun. We focus on doing one thing well: advising on and recruiting for Microsoft Dynamics.

Where we work
Our home market is Denmark and the Nordics. For international companies, we typically help in two situations: hiring Dynamics specialists into Danish or Nordic operations, and bringing international freelance consultants into Nordic teams. The entire process runs in English whenever needed.

The name comes from Frank Zappa's “Watermelon in Easter Hay” — a story involving a Friday evening, a bottle of red wine and an available domain name. It's a reminder that we don't take ourselves too seriously — only our work.
