Who is Easter Hay?
Easter Hay is a specialist recruitment and freelance partner focused on Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and the AI capabilities emerging around Microsoft Business Applications.
We help companies find the right specialists for both permanent positions and temporary needs – from experienced Dynamics and Power Platform professionals to specialists working with AI, agents, data, integration and automation across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Our focus is deliberately narrow. We do not recruit across every technology or every type of IT role. This allows us to understand the market, the roles and the context in which each specialist needs to succeed.
For us, finding the right profile is therefore about more than matching a job title or a list of technologies. It is about understanding the need and finding the capabilities that fit the role, the organisation and the direction the business is moving in.
Specialist knowledge built on experience
Easter Hay was founded by Kim Mikkelsen and is built on many years of experience within the Microsoft Dynamics market – from Microsoft itself, the partner ecosystem and working with companies that rely on Dynamics and Power Platform as an important part of their business.
Experience from the Dynamics market
Kim spent seven years with Microsoft Denmark's Dynamics team, working with sales and advisory services for customers and partners, and has also worked within the partner ecosystem at companies including CGI and KMD.
That background gives Easter Hay a strong foundation for understanding what sits behind a role: business processes, system landscape, organisation, project phase and the combination of professional and personal capabilities required to succeed.
A market in motion
AI and agents are becoming an increasingly important part of Dynamics and Power Platform, creating new capability needs at the intersection of Business Applications, AI, data, integration and automation.
Easter Hay follows this development closely and continues to expand its specialist network as customer needs evolve. Technologies and job titles will change – our role is to understand the need well enough to identify the people and capabilities that fit it.
Trust, discretion — and a smile
That's how we meet the world. We have no ambition to be the biggest, or to recruit every IT skill under the sun. We focus on doing one thing well: advising on and recruiting for Microsoft Dynamics.
Where we work
Our home market is Denmark and the Nordics. For international companies, we typically help in two situations: hiring Dynamics specialists into Danish or Nordic operations, and bringing international freelance consultants into Nordic teams. The entire process runs in English whenever needed.
Why “Easter Hay”?
The name comes from Frank Zappa's “Watermelon in Easter Hay” — a story involving a Friday evening, a bottle of red wine and an available domain name. It's a reminder that we don't take ourselves too seriously — only our work.
